Im not on Keto anymore but when i was for 6 months it was the best time of my life I lost 1kg a every 2 weeks and I managed to have a six pack after 4 months. I did go to the gym 5 times a day for 1 hour and 30 mins per session per week and did 30 mins of cardio each time which would really kickstart my ketosis. I plan on going on the diet again in the next 2 week to lose weight this summer.
I still believe that the keto diet is bad for you in the long run because your starving yourself of the basic nutrients you need. Media and celebrities have made the "keto diet" mainstream and the media loves it. Of course your going to lose weight on this diet , as a matter of fact you lose weight on any diet because your reducing your food intake doesnt mean its healthy. Losing weight really fast isnt good becaus as soon as you stop using the keto diet you gain the weight back . Too much fats are never good for you ,Too much cholesterol .let me just say diets are meant for temporary use not long term . If you wanna lose weight without starving yourself be patient eat a variety of healthy foods , portion your meals ,count your calorie intake because carbs are good for u you need them, well the good ones anyways oh and exercise. You can still eat the foods you wanna eat just eat a small bit of it. The healthy way of losing weight does take time and patience but I promise you in the long run you'll keep the weight off and feel alot better because your getting all the nutrients your body needs.
Have you ever heard of “Eat Right for Your Blood Type?” I’ve been eating for my blood type for over a year now and have lost 20 lbs, have SO MUCH more energy, sleep better, and all my chronic health issues improves significantly after I got my bloodwork done 6 months later. I 100% believe in it! You should check it out!!
Is Keto a good diet for diabetics? Blood sugars aren’t great right now. I know I could use a little more exercise. I do eat whole wheat bread and pasta and brown rice, but don’t cheat with straight up sugar.
