  1. Thanks Adriene. I do a lot of weight lifting and martial arts. After each practice or difficult lift, I go into prayer position. Lately however, Ive been doing it out of habit rather than intention. Thank you for reminding me why I pray. I pray out of gratitude for my body, struggle, and determination.

  4. Adriene, thank you for the nice, light practice! My arm has been injured for the past week and today I restarted doing yoga and even the table-top position made my poor arm complain. So I really liked that the second half didn't include any planks. And it was still empowering.

    I have had scoliosis for a year now and it has caused a lot of pain specifically in my back, but also though out my whole body: neck, knees, ankles, shoulders.. So I would love a routine specifically for scoliosis!

  9. I feel soooo good after each session. In the beginning I had a lot of backpain when practicing yoga. Now I know when to take a step back when something is hurting, because I need to learn my own boundaries and how to cross them! Thank you <3

    I love your yoga videos. I think that it is just wonderful that you built your practice online and made it free to your viewers. It is developing so much positive energy into the universe. I love to see your practice grow and your teaching skills flourish. I think this video does a really awesome job allowing the viewer to focus on the yoga practice. I will admit that some of your yoga videos can be distracting to me when I am trying to be iniment

  12. I got scared when CBC journalist said there was one person who faked being a lawyers a flag went up for me! I won't support fake lawyer. That is silly. Problably we being given more time to think for a while that is silly. And anti-bullying month. I hope the best happen for us. We are in this together.

  14. I can't thank you enough for doing what you do! I have been practicing with you for 4 weeks and I can already move my frozen shoulder more than I have been able to in over a year!! I've been to doctors and all kinds of therapy! I am currently deployed to Dallas in support of Hurricane Harvey and am able to do my workout in my room thanks to you!
