  1. MCT oil does have advantages on the ketogenic diet, but I'd have to see what else is in this "creamy MCT oil." It sounds like cream plus MCT oil, so you could "make your own" instead a lot cheaper most likely.
    This was bad information to give to people just starting the ketogenic diet without doing any research. Too much MCT oil too soon and you will have disaster pants.

One extremely important thing they always fail to mention and discuss when they talk about Keto on this show is how important ELECTROLYTES are on this diet and why you need to increase your salt intake. It’s also important to try to drink 3 liters to a gallon of water a day, and possibly supplement with magnesium and definitely make sure you’re getting plenty of potassium.

  3. Most doctors in Europe stay away from this diet thing. They don't promote diets and advise balanced eating.
    I have always been surprised that medical doctors like Oz are promoting diets all the time, depending in the trends.

  5. I started the keto diet on the 3 of February until today … I was 104 kg .now I'm 94 kg I really recommend it … I wake up I do cardio 30 min then I start my first meal at 2 PM and my second meal at 6 pm … the only bad thing about this diet is that your going to lose muscle
