  4. Panner burji quantity is 1.5 cups. Can we have the recipe for this ? Is it 1.5 cups including the veggies or just panner. ITs actually really heavy with 1.5 cups of panner and veggies to it. Please advise.

  6. Dude orange is juicy and starchy. It will imediately kick up out of ketosis.
    Also, legumes contain starchy carbs too.
    Pl check from multiple sources before uploading anything informational.
