  1. I love you guys. Your videos take me back to my childhood and cooking with Grandma when I was a kid in the 70's and 80's. Definitely going to have to give this one a try over some Shiritake noodles.

  2. As always that looked absolutely scrumptious!! Have you tried the hearts of palm product yet? Can you give us a review of how they tasted/texture etc? Would you recommend them as an alternative to pasta? I love shirataki noodles, and zoodles but am interested in trying other things as well 🙂

  3. This looks delicious. I’m having a knee replacement the end the March. I can make this a head and freeze it, bake it when I want it. I’d use equal amounts of pork panko and Parmesan cheese for the crust to cut the carb count down.

  4. Hi, Thanks for the inspiration. I am curious what the green flecks are in the parm&almond flour. I am guessing Parsley or Oregano? 😬 making it now…🤗i put both. But I would love to know what you used. Thx again.
