Hi Guys! I'm soooo glad I found you!! This is my first time to try the Keto way of eating. I'm wanting to know if I got my macros correct. I am 4'11 height, 120 pounds, but I feel best with 800 calories per day . My numbers came out to be 70 % Fat, 54% protein and 20 % carbs. Just want to make sure this is correct cause I certainly don't want to miss my count so I can hit the Keto state and most certainly not any 'fluffier' Feeling a bit too fluffy for my comfort level and need to lose about 15 to 20 pounds of fluff 🙂 My activity level is sedentary but starting to introduce exercise to my body again. I look forward to hearing from you.
I've been curious about this diet. My husband has sparked my interest as his aunt is on it and has lost 50 lbs. I can live without pasta and bread and potatoes. White rice will be my huge challenge. I've subbed. Show me the light oh great Keto ones.
