Oh l feel the holidays coming on ….i love christmas time ….im 66 going on 6 yrs old ..when it comes to this time of year…@ these nuts look great …i will do mine with my coconut sugar i think they will be perfect (i know to anyone else thats not keto but its the holidays so sue me ) ..do they keep for very long in a container??? ( l know they won' t keep long out because as CJ says they will disapear… pretty quick ) another good one Sarah …looking all fall floral love it xxx
I think the cinnamon and sweetness make them addictive. I think both are known for that, but eating after right after a meal, should be a net positive if quantity controlled. Definitely limit to 1/4 cup at a time.
