Lemme help…I totally got what you were explaining! It's "The Secret"! If I am omw to work and keep thinking "omg I'm gonna be late, I'm not gonna make it on time" then I'll hit EVERY single red light and get behind the school bus that stops every 10 seconds, and guess what? I'll be late to work. Instead, if I leave for work and remain calm, and believe I'll be on time, like picture the clock reading 8am, then every light will be green, and guess what? I'll get to work on time. Positive out gets positive in. We are what we say we are. Whatever we believe is made into reality. If I say "I'm so lazy" I'm going to play the part! Affirmations are the secret to a happy life..whatever you want, picture it and believe you already have it. You WILL play the part, and the universe will adjust to the reality you believe in. ❤

I do the same style of keto as you do and I feel great! I've been keto since May and I'm a pants size smaller and everyone has been commenting on how big my shirts look on me. That's all awesome, but what I love the most is that I've been released from so many cravings I used to get and the constant thoughts of food. I love it! 💜💜💜

Congrats! I just started watching your videos. I started a very restrictive keto diet in February, lost 40 lbs until I stalled recently. Still doing a keto diet but much more relaxed. What is your method? I watched a bunch of your videos and was trying to understand – do you just count net carbs only? Trying to figure out how I might want to proceed because there is so much info out there. Thanks!

You have done so well. I also drink diet pop by the gallon. I think diet pop has slowed my weight loss but I am having so much trouble quitting. I know it isn’t healthy but most of what I eat is healthy.
Going to start my veto diet in a week with some coworkers and I want to reach my goal weight of 113, or at least close to it, by the summer, which is about 77 lbs to lose so I can go after my dreams of being a performer and dancer
