  4. I made this today and I thank you for the recipe as it is exceptionally good. I'm tempted to have cheesecake for breakfast! You based the net carbs on an eighth serving of the whole . Considering how rich cheesecake is I'd think that it would serve 16 vs. 8. Thanks for the post and I'll be following.

  5. Today we had our daughters boyfriend over for dinner for the first time and because I felt like I needed to have a special dessert for the occasion I whipped up this recipe. I would like to say a huge thank you!! Being on keto I hate to watch other people eating fabulous desserts and not being able to have any. This was amazing and everyone thought I decided to cheat on my keto lifestyle…lol…my hubby even looked at me like I was insane. Then I leaned over and told him its keto approved! So easy to make and even the nonketo people had no clue!! Thank you so much!!!

  7. Very nice "How To" video…done with "Style"…finished product looks absolutely "FABULOUS" !
    Having Diabetes AND Celiac Sprue…I have not had cheese cake in…Forever!
    Only thing I would do different is use Stevia …cup for cup …(Increases metabolic cellular insulin uptake) and I might substitute 1/2 of crust almond flour with !/4 cup coconut flour to get carb count a little bit less!

  8. I have this in the oven right now and so far it is not going well. The crust seemed to have way too much butter but I left it alone. I now have smoke all throughout my house from the butter dripping from the crust onto the bottom of my oven. I didn't put it on a cookie sheet because you didn't. The filling looked way too thick but I wanted to make it exactly according to your directions. I am thinking after tasting the batter that it was way too sweet. I used a cup of Stevia because it's sweetness is supposed to be cup for cup to sugar. I am hoping the crust isn't greasy. I will let you know how it tastes, if I don't end up throwing it out.
