  1. This week we bring you the first recipe in our series of 4 Keto Holiday recipes. This week we present a Low Carb/Keto Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake. This is sure to be the hit of any holiday gathering, it delicious, beautiful and most of all keto safe.  You don't have to feel left out, at those upcoming holiday events in fact the "carbies" will probably eat more of this than you will.

  2. LOL…CJ's so serious when he sits down to taste test! So cute. Is that really his kitchen you cook in or yours? Just wondering why the channel is named after him when YOU do all the cooking!  Oh, and I love that you guys are doing this holiday series. Great ideas and inspiration to get us through the season of potlucks and carbage fests!

  3. thanks for sharing. i am trying to develop a keto lemon cheese cake recipe and thus helps a lot. I will be using Carbquik crust. Almond flour is expensive. this helps me a lot. thanks

  4. I made this today and I thank you for the recipe as it is exceptionally good. I'm tempted to have cheesecake for breakfast! You based the net carbs on an eighth serving of the whole . Considering how rich cheesecake is I'd think that it would serve 16 vs. 8. Thanks for the post and I'll be following.

  5. Today we had our daughters boyfriend over for dinner for the first time and because I felt like I needed to have a special dessert for the occasion I whipped up this recipe. I would like to say a huge thank you!! Being on keto I hate to watch other people eating fabulous desserts and not being able to have any. This was amazing and everyone thought I decided to cheat on my keto lifestyle…lol…my hubby even looked at me like I was insane. Then I leaned over and told him its keto approved! So easy to make and even the nonketo people had no clue!! Thank you so much!!!

  6. Great recipe and video,
    thank you for sharing.
Was just wondering why you don't crack the eggs in a separate little bowl first just in case there was an issue with the egg?

  7. Very nice "How To" video…done with "Style"…finished product looks absolutely "FABULOUS" !
Having Diabetes AND Celiac Sprue…I have not had cheese cake in…Forever!
Only thing I would do different is use Stevia …cup for cup …(Increases metabolic cellular insulin uptake) and I might substitute 1/2 of crust almond flour with !/4 cup coconut flour to get carb count a little bit less!
Thank You for sharing…Looks great and I'M definitely going to try this one !
Your blue dress is as beautiful as you are …and "matches the "Blueberry Swirl" theme and looks as fabulous as the cheese cake !
Your "Taste Tester" is a lucky Man !

  8. I have this in the oven right now and so far it is not going well. The crust seemed to have way too much butter but I left it alone. I now have smoke all throughout my house from the butter dripping from the crust onto the bottom of my oven. I didn't put it on a cookie sheet because you didn't. The filling looked way too thick but I wanted to make it exactly according to your directions. I am thinking after tasting the batter that it was way too sweet. I used a cup of Stevia because it's sweetness is supposed to be cup for cup to sugar. I am hoping the crust isn't greasy. I will let you know how it tastes, if I don't end up throwing it out.

  9. I know this is a older video, but I really like the cheesecake and will try it. I must say you look absolutely smashing in this video, I really like your dress, very flattering, shape and color. Have a great one. Leann
