  7. Hey guys, I was told not to let your quads go past being parallel to the ground on squats to protect the knees. Obviously you don’t feel this way, but just wanted your thoughts on this.

  8. Love your videos! I recently found out that I have severe hip arthritis and have been attempting to modify my leg workouts, but really miss doing my heavy squats, deadlifts etc. I have resorted to some band exercises but can also see that they are not as effective 🙁 Do you have any advice for effective lower body exercises for someone with limited hip mobility?
