  1. I was thinking..
    I'm not fat nor do I want to gain muscles etc..
    Is the keto diet still something I can benefit from?
    The only problem I have is my sugar addiction.

  2. 1 have been on Keto since last August. Lost 31 lbs and I am at my goal weight 124 lbs. I do not feel I am missing anything. I have no issues with staying on it, love the food I eat. Fat bombs are awesome, great desert.

Yes I have been trying the kito diet but after spending over 30 years working on low fat it’s been really hard trying to get to grips with the massive turn around , I have been watching YouTube on people trying to show how to do it, well I am really confused I don’t know how to make 3 meals a day I can work out breakfast and dinner but what to have in between to make sure to have 3 meals a day. I am not a fruit lover to be honest but if I was to have something sweet what could I have I don’t have sugar so that’s not an issue thank you I hope you can help. Diane.
