    -100% cocoa or stevia sweetened chocolate
    – if you can make your own fat bombs
    – Shredded Coconut
    – Kale or Parsnip or Coconut or Flax chips
    – making your own egg bites
    – Cocoa butter, it comes in oval shaped strips

  3. Macadamia nuts
    Pecans
    Brazil Nuts
    Almonds ( little higher in carbs )
    Pumpkin seeds ( phenomenal )
    Guacamole (Guac) (dip them nuts)
    MCT Oil ( take a shot )
    Almond Butter ( 4g carbs )
    DO NOT COUNT FIBRE AS CARBS
    Coconut Oil ( spoon it )
    Cheese ( snack on dat )
    Beef Jerky ( no added sugar )
    Salmon Jerky ( 2g carbs )

  4. Would it be smart to get salted pumpkin seeds on keto. The reason I ask is I saw a video that was saying to always be careful on keto cause you lose salt which is why you need to make sure your potassium is up.
