  2. When we got to the "splits" part I was embarrassed to find that I'm not as flexible as I once was. What do you recommend for this area? My hamstrings and abductors felt super tight. Thanks in advance!

  3. Having had a grumpy week and also gone hard at the gym, this is the best I have felt in days! Incredible.. and managed to get a little bit further in poses then I have before ๐Ÿ™‚ Will definitely do this one regularly! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. @Yoga With Adriene – The seated side stretch was my favorite. I have intense scoliosis & this is one of the only times in my life that I have felt even (symmetrical), in balance, and lengthen all at the same time, and it was just from one small yoga session. Thank you so much. This is now one of my favorite videos on Youtube & I will be watching more of your videos.

  6. I love this video! But although my body is so much more flexible compared to a few years ago the last post frustrates me. Because I feel – despite progress all over – stagnant. And my hips aren't as open as I want them to be. So on top of that I avoid this pose although I know I have to practice it to get better. ๐Ÿ˜€ Has anyone tips on this?

  7. I love your videos Adriene but I've got to be honest with you, I didn't feel the benefits from this one after the workout nor the next day. It felt like it hurt the flexibility in my legs more than it helped. Would love to have a 40+ minute video focused on arms, back and spine health. Cheers
