  1. I know you are on keto, so I don't know if this would be ok or not. When I have a sore throat I heat hot water and then add lemon and honey. Honey and lemon has anti-inflammatory properties and honey has antibacterial properties. Ginger can be added as well. It helps to sweat out toxins, I'd use it more, but I don't sweat much due to my health issues. I'd just have a beat red face. 🙂 I try to do as much natural remedies as I can since I take so many pharmaceutical meds. I also use Ricola throat lozenges. I'm not sure if that is keto friendly either. I'm not very knowledgeable on the keto diet, sorry. I wanted toss this out there just in case you could use it.   2. I’m glad you use iceberg lettuce instead of romaine because there is a major ecoli outbreak with romaine lettuce. They say if you have any romaine lettuce or salad mixes with romaine in it to throw it out.
