My Mother is insulin dependent. She spikes badly. Her caregivers must feed her 3x a day 1 snack. her weight is excellent. Her insulin is something over 300 dangerously. Can a insulin stabilizer substance eliminates this issue with Mom. If so what kind should I purchase? I’ve personally, changed my diet. you got me thinking no diabetes for me. I’ve lost 18 lbs learning how to lower high sugar foods read labels. eat organic farmers grown. No GMO- non-gluten eggs 🥚 Bread 🍞. Non-pesticidal, steroidal, hormones carrying digestive food products. Non-pasteurized milk and orange juice. I Read every Fact labeled on my food goods. No transfat-monosaccharides vegetables-oils saturated in “lard” canola heavy oils. Hidden Sugar labels high fructose–corn syrup. foods. Bleached white sugars cane and flour. Yellow dye#5 in Easter eggs 🥚.
I’ve personally, Dr. Berg, can live without these overtime harmful foods to my body’s cells.
I have a hard time digesting red meat 🥩 It affects my digestive tract and I bloated for days “have you any clue?

Watching all the videos on Keto and the reduction of Insulin in the body, one question just came to my mind: Is the reduction if Insulin benefitial in every single case, or are there medical conditions or something along those lines when we'd actually want more Insulin (maybe expect for diabetes. Since Insulin is inserted into the bloodstream when you're a diabetic, the question pretty much answers itself)?
Mr Berg I'd like to inform you that you give a disclaimer for the patients who have undergone Bariatric surgery and suggest them not to get into keto diet.. I lost my wife.. I'm not blaming anyone here.. but just please… She lost 80 kilos in 18 months and she developed myopathy and then she died due to lot of multivitamin deficiencies and her heart gave up.. I beg you please please please do give a disclaimer for such patients that they need to listen to their surgeon..
