Hey Dr. Ken, Been doing the Keto diet for a couple months now and drop one and a half pants sizes. Things where going great until I got bronchitis. Did the chicken noodle soup, honey, day quill/ NyQuil and pretty much blew my diet this week. I know I can get back on it again, but what wondering if you could do a video on sticking to your diet while sick with common cold, flu, etc… What OTC meds to your recommend and anything I could substitute for honey and chicken noodle soup?
Dr Berry,i have a request… could you enlighten us on resistant starches.I hear things like rice, pasta and even potatoes when reheated, convert to a resistant starch.I am curious about this and if it actually lowers the glycemic index and how it would or would not play into a ketogenic way of eating
I have issued digesting fats and oils. How would I manage the gastro and intestinal distress that accompany eating many of the acclaimed food sources on this diet such as Avocado and Dark meat poultry?
I am against things extreme The keto comunity has become phanatical.Nobody knows the influence of this diet after 10-15 years.if carbohydrates are taken out of the diet how to feed the hungry millions of the world

I think your explanation and the fact that you say " you do not need any products" just good healthy whole foods is exactly correct way to do keto the right way. Thank you for this video – in fact thank you for all your videos. I am a fan!
30 years i'd been diabetic, 7 months ago it shoot to 500 gluco reading; after doing keto and weight lifting, I have to give up my diabetic medication cuz of normal sugar, and I become muscular too, look good at age 65
Thank you so much for plainly explaining the Ketogenic way of eating. I started my journey on Aug 5th 2018 after several long years of gaining weight due to back issues. The first couple of weeks were hard, but I'm now 10 pounds down, my heartburn is gone, my sleep is better! About the 6th week my brain focus has kicked into overdrive and I'm feeling great! Also, no more hot flashes 😊I would like to hear more for women who have gone thorough a hysterectomy and how this diet effects our body when we no longer have those hormones. Thank you for your frank, straight forward discussions about keto and our health!!! 💖
Dr. Berry, recently Dr. William and let me quote "“There was one (a study) in the Journal of the American Heart Association published a few years later that isolated the people who had a heart attack in the past, the cardiology population that we’re seeing, and they were doing a ketogenic diet,” Dr. Williams said. “It was a 53 percent increase in mortality. No one should be doing this.” In effect, Dr. Williams former head of AHA discourages people to do keto diet. Please comment
