  2. My dear beloved sister of Yoga. I am 54 years old with 2 wonderful boys of age 25 and 23 years old. Every sunday I visit my boys. Yesterday I was talking to both of them about sport and my first boy said immidiatly YOGA mama and he put your video on and I felt in love with you. Last night he sent a message to me asking if I had practice the yoga and I said yes just to get him off my back. This morning I started with this first video and I loved it. I could not stop so I went to the next video. I got to tell you girl, YOU ROCK and so is my body. Is no stopping now.   5. Thank you. I have C.O.P.D. and cannot do vigorous exercise, so this is very good for me. It took me three days to actually get through the whole video, but I did it, and I already feel improvement in my breathing and energy.

  8. Thanks for making it so simple. Just watched it for the first time.  I have several yoga dvds and they either move slow or to fast.  I'm going to set my goal as trying to do this at least 3 days this week. I hope to get my husband interested, we are retired.  But I have concerns for his knees.  He has one replacement and one needing it.  I know he can't do the cross the knees.
